1-800-Violins offers live string, band and DJ music for special occasions, including weddings, receptions, private parties and celebrations, corporate events and romantic musical telegrams for birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. Owner and professional violinist Rami Hagari came to Caroline Andrew & Associates to improve his search rankings through SEO and to implement a Google ad campaign.
While remaining relatively true to the site's original design, we rewrote the site to be both more informative and to increase the use of keywords, re-title and re-named exisitng page, and doubled the number of site pages by creating a page for each service. We also added Flash video and stock photos to increase site appeal. As a result of these efforts, 1-800-Violins' rankings increased on organic Google searches for "wedding music strings chicago" from unranked to #11. For "romantic telegram chicago," the site's ranking went from unranked to #17. For "wedding recepetions strings chicago", we raised the site's ranking to #14.
We also developed a holiday e-mail campaign for 1-800-Violins, targeting Rami's key client industries and updated his business card with an all-new design.
